Not able to get the new uploaded cases in Content link in KM project
We are not able to get the new uploaded cases in Content link in KM project. We are getting the same in Dev environment but not able to see in UI.

Hi,
Can you please compare the tracer logs in both the environments and share the same?
If any, can you please share error message seen in Pega log file while reproducing the issue?
You may try performing reindexing in the evironment having the issue and see the result once.

Also we can check whether we are getting the required results in the clipboard or not for UI?
Later if problem persist please check if you have customized some OOTB rule which may be causing the problem.
