Hyper link in Pega KM content is not working

Hi All,

In our application we are trying to open Pega KM article by passing Article ID using "Open URL in new Window" event.It is working fine.But inside pega kM content there are other hyper linked article as well.which suppose to open a new article once we click on that link.But currently it is not opening and even it is not firing any event from backend.

Appreciate quick responses.

Hi, 

I logged onto KM v7.21 system as 'KMSysadmin' and created two articles (Contents). Both of them can be opened successfully. 

Can you share your screen shots about the hyper linked article in Pega KM?

Also, can you log onto your system as 'KMSysadmin' and check if the same issue is reproduced?
