Can we create links to Content in Pega knowledge Mangement so that they can be accessed from outside
In Pega knowledge management, we can include links inside the contents we create.
But can we generate a link for any content in Pega knowledge Management so that they accessed from outside by clicking the link. There seems to be no OOTB option.

you may want to create a data transform and which returns the article link in the format as below
{request url}/prweb/PRServletCustom/help/article/{KC-#}/{ArticleTitle}
if you want used to authenticate then use below url
{request url}/prweb/help/article/{KC-#}/{ArticleTitle}
