Access groups not automatically created on Application creation of type Pega Knowledge
Hello,
I created an application of type Pega Knowledge (that I named "CSKM"). I followed the steps indicated by the Implementation Guide here.
In the process of the application creation, a list of access groups -similar to the ones of the OOTB PegaKM 8.2 app- were supposed to be generated automatically (e.g.: KMSysAdmin, KMPublisher, KMApprover, KMAuthor,..) like the ones you can see in below screenshot :
However, only 4 access groups were generated: CSKM:Administrators, CSKM:Authors, CSKM:Managers, CSKM:Users as you can see in below screenshot

Can you please tell me if we are missing a step to enable the automatic generation of valid access groups?
Is it expected to have only those 4 access groups generated ? If so, should we manually create the rest of the access groups ?

Context:
- Pega Environment: 8.2.1
- PegaKM 8.2 installed
- Application definition of that created app:

when you create new application through wizard its create 4 access groups as you stated as above and It's working as expected. wizard won't create access groups for built on applications if you still want those just save as and clone the roles or else create new application in PegaKM(something similar as FW) and put PegaKM as built on for existed implementation.

Hello SuryaPrakash,
I did the exact same scenario of creating application of type pega knowledge on an older version of pega: version 8.1.3
Access groups similar to the ones of PegaKM were generated as seen below in screenshot
Are you sure this is the expected behavior or a regression in the new version of Pega 8.2.1 ?

The problem as mentioned appears on 8.2.1, and it was working in 8.1.3,
And even for the author that was created, the access roles are missing under this generated access group, so the generated ones are incorrect
