SLA triggering immedietly
We have an assignment on which we have mapped two different SLAs through activity. Initially when the flow reaches that assignment, SLA 1 will be set by default. From there, the user has an action which will be routing to the same assignment once completed. During that action, we are setting SLA 2 on that assignment by updating the property. At this point our SLA 2 goal action is getting triggered as soon as it starts. When we checked the PC_Assign_Worklist table, the PXGOALTIME is not yet reached, also the PXGOALEXECUTE is less than that. We couldn't fine how the SLA is getting triggered immediately.
