ResumeFlow from SLA is not triggering the rest of the flow and only performs the flow action alone
I have a requirement where i have a WB with a defined SLA of 1 hour. Post 1 hour the flow must be resumed i.e the case should move on to a utility where a API retry will be attempted if still exception persists then case needs to be reassigned back to same WB(using connector shape).
My SLA is triggering and Resume Flow performs the flow action(flowactionautosubmit), however the utility and reassignment of case to the WB is not happening. i tried with AdvanceFlow option present in SLA actions as well. No luck
Any help on how to tackle this would be appreciated! TIA

@SrideviMakarla can you check if your flow action used for resume flow uses this setting-> in the actions tab of the flow action-> find next assignment to perform

Can you see that lock is held on the case after the SLA?
Try adding Obj-refresh-and-lock as step 1 of the utility just after the SLA.

Advance Flow in the SLA should work just fine. The FlowAction should be the one where the SLA is. For example The SLA starts in ServiceRetry Flow Action then in your SLA you'll put ServiceRetry as the parameter of the Advance Flow. That should get the Assignment moving.
Another option should be to call ResumeFlow Activity directly.
If it is not working properly. Maybe we need to take a look at the Flow.

@SrideviMakarlause Advance flow option in SLA, Make sure on the event of system processing the assignment you will not get any validation rules from the rule configured at flow action.
also check the system-queue-service level has entry removed after sla deadline met.
This will resume the flow. after processing the api call utility completion have a decision rule in the flow and check pyhttpresponsecode property has value !=200.
please do a trace of SERVICELEVELEVENT agent from admin studio to see exactly what happenes
