How to Trigger SLA for old assignment?
We have a requirement to handle inflight cases.
In Production Cases are already in Assignment 1 in WB1 (Work basket1) .
After the release when user open the case, assignment should assigned to WB2. We have added SLA with Resume Flow activity. but this is only works for the new cases which passes thoough the assignment.
Please let us know how we can trigger the SLA for old assignements.
