How can I set value for pyInstructions in assignment?

I have an assignment and I want to have different values of instruction for it, depending on some conditions. How can I handle it ?

I want to do something like in attached screenshot.

Try using a data transform and set the value to "newAssignPage.pyInstructions " where newAssignPage belongs to class Assign-WorkList

Santanu Bhattacherjee, very thank you for your replay, but I managed to solve it by another way.

I created a property InstructionsForRoute and used it on assignment (if you want you can find it on attached screenshot), and I added utility with activity which check same condition as it set on flow action security tab. I set the property by value based on this condition.
