How can we configure Attribute based access control for an assignment?
In a flow we have 3 assignments now on all the three assignments manager can work but on the first assignment user can also work but the user cant work on the other 2.So how to configure RRole based or Attribute based access control for a flow/assignment?

We have the option to include privileges in the flow actions for the last two assignments.

@Mohd Qizer Uddin can we provide when condition in that flow actions security tab so that when operator is either manager or user then only he can perform action?

Yes, But we have to create access when instant of when rule.
Alternatively, we could route the last two assignments to the manager to meet this requirement.

Hi @TanyaS58,
we can achieve this by using the Access role and Privileges.
In Manager access group add the new access role and in that add the new privilege and give 5 all operations and add the newly created privilege to the 2nd and 3rd assignment flow actions.
