SLA rule considering GMT Time Zone for calculating Goal/DeadLine

I have configured an SLA rule. It is calculating Goal and DeadLine according to GMT time zones. I want the SLA should calculate Goal and DeadLines as per Operator time zone i.e. whichever Operator is assigned the task SLA should calculate Goal/DeadLine  values as per the Operator time zone and not GMT time zone..As of now my SLA rule is calculating Goal/DeadLine as per GMT time zone and it is not checking the current operator time zone.
