SLA is not working - Goal,deadline and passed deadline activities are not triggered in 8.6 version
I have SLA with initial urgency, goal, deadline and passed deadline.
Initial urgency is updated but goal and deadline are not triggered as per the configurations. nothing happening even ServiceLevelEvents agent is running.
Any suggestions pls.
