Set from party for Correspondence

I need to send an email correspondence with the reply to and the from being the current operator so that when the that email is responded to it will go directly to that operators email address and not the system. I have tried to pass in the from party to NotifyParty but it appears getEmailSenderInfo overwrites the "from party" information. Is there a way to do what I want to do?
