Please explain innovative usage of Model field in Parties form. My intent behind asking this question is to grab any new idea implemented by experts anywhere in the world to leverage the business potential of this field.

The model field supports using a data transform rule.  Data transform rule type is an object that sets values on the clipboard.  The clipboard is our terminology for space allocated in memory for data.
