Work parties

A customer submits a service request online and must be added to the active case as an interested party what will it be AddParty flow action or AddWorkObjectParty

Hi,

If the party which you want to add is not the operator in your system then just do the Property-set for the Party properties like below. It will create party for you  

.pyWorkParty(interested).pyWorkPartyUri = email Addresse 

.pyWorkParty(interested).pxPartyRole = role which you want to define to the party.

You can use addWorkObjectParty activity by passing necessary parameters like below:

  • PartyRole
  • PartyClass
  • PartyModel
