Two Work party
How can i add two work party in a case type.. 1. Manager party 2. Director party ?? It's urgent, is this possible, of possible please explain.

Thanks, but can you elaborate, how to configure..
It will be a great help. I mean i want to see 2 work party in participants after i finish my case at the right down corner.

Hello,
Do you need to add those parties by default on your case type or do you need to add them on the fly with a Local Action for example ?

By default i want them to be present in my casetype, so when my processing is done , emails should be sent to those two party separately.
Manager party and Director party.

We can configure multiple parties from case type settings tab or from case type rule form .
After configuring parties in a case, at run time we can provide the details of the party configured via participants gadget or we can even pre populate details from data transform at the start of the case.
After this particpants details would be visible and mail would be sent to them if configured.
