Send Email At Dynamic Time
hi team, I have a requirement of sending email:
1) the email should be sent at a particular time
2) the time is calculated by other fields
3) if case is resolved before the time at when should send email, then no need send this email.
We created a spin-off flow, put a "Wait" shape and a "Send Email" shape behind it.
I would like to know is there any better solution?

Regarding the email being send out dynamically based on a particular time, here is my two cents for your reference
1) Define a declare on-change and list out the fields that are meant to change
2) Define a new activity in the declare on-change to calculate the needed time
3) Upon the derivation, initiate a queue processor in the activity
4) Within the queue processor, define the logic to send out the email using SENDEMAIL activity.
5) If the email is sent out, then the queue item gets deleted from the queue, if the sendemail has an error, then case ended up in broken queue

If we use queue processor, how to cancel the task that has been queued? According to my requirement, it should not send email when case resolved.

That's a great question!
I advise place a condition in the Queue processor activity to verify the latest case status. Thus, the activity ensures to sends an email only if the case is unresolved

Try creating a Job Scheduler(JS), In JS Activity fetch the records (using Report Definition) which are unresolved cases and Dynamic time of the case is equal to current Date and then call OOTB act to send email.
So this JS can run every 5-10mins if required or if you want to Run everyday before/after business hours, you can fetch the Records of last 24 hours and Dynamic Date is equals current Date and which are unresolved cases.
