Yes, there is an OOTB way to send an email to all participants by marking them in CC in Pega. You can use the "pySendEmail".

1. Create a new activity and use the "pySendEmail" method to send the email. You can specify the email subject, body, and recipients using the input parameters of the method.

2. In the "ccAddress" parameter of the "pySendEmail" method, you can use the "pxAddRecipients" method to dynamically add all participants to the CC list. This method can take a data page as input that contains the list of participant email addresses.

3. Configure the data page to retrieve the email addresses of all participants. You can use a report definition or a data transform to retrieve this data.

4. Call the new activity from your case or flow action to send the email to all participants.

This will dynamically add all participants' email addresses to the CC list of the email.

By implementing the above steps, you can send an email to all participants in a case by marking them in CC without having to explicitly mention each of them in the CC field.
