Send Email to Branch Reviewers
An activity "pzSendMailToReviwers" is getting called when I am adding reviewers and creating a "Create Review" in a branch, but the reviewers are not getting any mail. I traced the activity and it calls another activity called "pxNotify" but found no errors.
How can I send the mail to reviewers?

- @BinithR4 , As a first step, Please confirm whether email is received on other emails by sending to different Email ID's .
- If Email received on other ID's then there should not be any further configurations needed from Pega Application.
- Please check the Receiver Email Box once whether Email landed in some other queues. Make sure there are no security filters configured in organization specific Email.

@BinithR4 , I tried the same in Community Trial Edition & able to receive an email once the review was created from the branch.
Please validate the following items: 1. Email in Operator ID is valid for the reviewer. 2. pyProcessNotification QueueProcessor is running. 3. Scheduled/Processed/Broken Entries in Queue once the review is created. 4. Default Email Account Sender Connectivity should not Fail.

@selvs1 i have checked all the points, nothing is wrong but still not getting the email, but how do I confirm which email account is supposed to send the mail from Pega? is it always the "Default" email account?
