Send Correspondence Selecting E-mail Template from Knowledge Management
Hi everybody,
Is there an OOTB functionality that allows an user to select an e-mail template from the Send Correspondence case in the Customer Service application pre uploaded from Knowledge Management application?
In other words, the user would like to create e-mail templates in the Knowledge Management application to be used by Customer Service representatives.
In the Knowledge Management application it is possible to create templates from Configurations -> Templates. It is possible to use these templates in the Customer Service application?
