Question

Section which is included in correspondence rule is not rendering in the body of email when triggered from Agent
I created a section (non-auto generated) and included in the correspondence rule, when the gent is triggering the activity I'm not able to see the section included in the body of the email. When I'm running the activity manually it's working fine. (Tested in the case of Auto generated section, it's not working as well). Please help.

Hello,
Are you seeing the same behavior in all the browsers? Can you give a try in other browser as well,
also try using the inspect element tool and try to see whether you are able to see the referred section in that, is it being hidden or something.
what elements have you added in the autogenerated section can you please share the details, try using a simple label in a dynamic layout, I am suspecting if you are grid there might be some referencing issues.
I will try to reproduce the issue via agent and will let you know.

I'm sending notification to outlook email. Yes I'm able to see the section referenced in that No visible conditions on it nothing. As I mentioned if trigger activity manually everything works fine as expected. But when agent triggered the activity section included in correspondence rule is not displayed in body of the email even if it's Auto generated or non-auto generated.
Thanks
Jaideep

I don't have any access group declared in the Agent rule and checked the by pass activity authentication check box.

Is it an advanced agent or a standard agent. In case of an advanced agent you need to specify the access group which is having access to that rule set. For standard agent it will take access group of the user who queues it, which I assume should have access to that rule.
For testing please specify the access group to be the access group of the admin of your application.

one query. are you able to see section when sent from email, as you have mentioned you have checked individual section running manually, just want to isolate it whether email is the issue or agent.

I clearly mentioned that when I run the activity manually I can see the section in the Email body. But when it's triggered from Agent it's not displaying the section in Email, so the problem is with Agent triggering Email I guess. I thought I was clear in the above posts, apologies if I'm not.
Thanks

Hi JaiDeep,
I am also facing same issue in my application. Not able see the non-auto generated section in my email.
Could you please share me the steps to resolve this issue if you already get the solution for this??

Do you see any differences in Tracer when running the activity manually versus from the agent? In the Tracer settings, enable Stream Rules to see if your section is referenced.
