Section in correspondence rule is not rendering when ran through the agent but its showing when that agent activity ran as standalone

Hello,

Is there any update on this issue, am facing same issue section in correspondence rule is not rendering when ran through the agent but its showing when that agent activity ran as standalone.it has all the necessary access to run it. Please suggest
