Searhing the case in all my applications.
I want search the case in all my application. How can i custimize the search bar in dashboard

I found solution. we need to add new case type to Cases&Data tab in Edit Application page. The new case must be in fisrt line, it can not be show in Create Case Menu and implementation class must be your root class.

Hi Prajendra,
to Searching in all application option is in designer studio harness, I want search the cases in user screen. And searching the case in all application did not work
in my prpc.

Hi Ahmet,
In your portal, you can have a similar configuration as in the section pzStudioHeaderTools if you want a similar search functionality as in designer studio. Also, ensure that the work items have been indexed so that they show up in the search.

My cases are indexing , i can search the case its own application but if i change the application , it can not find the case. This situation is the same in developer and user portals.
