Searching archived cases
Hi everyone Do you know if you can obtain properties that you manually created and optimized using pxRetrieveSearchData? Our client is trying to search archived cases with properties they created. You can just add the optimized property in the report definition mentioned in the above post and try to run the report by passing the archived case id. If you are able to search the property then you should be able to make some changes to add it in your search result in the portal.

@Kana K I am also looking for an answer to this question.
I have added custom search properties but that does not seem to be working for me.
