Screen flows not working in Pega 7.3
Hi,
I am trying to create a Screen flow in my Dev environment but its not showing the templates under Additional configuration while creating flows. We are using Pega CRM 7.22 on Pega 7.3.0.
Is this anything related to the product?
Your inputs reg this are highly appreciated.

What do you see for the D_pzAvailableTemplates data page when tracing?
I found this issue on 7.3.1.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I traced while clicking the view Additional configuration option and found the data page pZAvailableTemplates is failing due to query time out. I have attached the error screen from tracer.

Please try to use the following DSS and let us know if this resolves the issue:

I have added these 3 DSS. Restarted the environment and tried creating screen flow again, but still getting the same error.
Will the HFIX resolves this issue?

I tried to check for any existing issues with a similar exception in the 7.3 version, but could not find any. Maybe it is a bug, raise an SR to debug this further.
