s there a minimum end user/workstation hardware requirements for Pega 7 Platform?
I provided the client with the support guide however they asked if we have a recommendation for the hardware for their end users workstations. They seem to be having issues with browsers crashing or hanging.
I saw an older post that suggested consulting Microsoft for IE regarding their minimum desktop/hardware requirements for the browser. Is that the correct response?
Thank you for your reply. The client I am working with specifically asked about end user machines not server machines. I have found articles about why browsers usually crash and it could be because it is an older machine, less RAM and slower processor. The client was looking for guidance from us because the users browser crashes or freezes when they are using a Pega Application they developed.

Thank you for your reply. I provided the support guide to the client and they replied back asking specifically for end user machines. The guide only provides information about supported browsers and server hardware requirements. As I mentioned o Arun's reply the client said the browser is crashing/freezing using Pega applications. Reviewing general browser freezing/crashing articles on the web the issue could be many reasons one being older/slower processors and amount of RAM. The client was looking to Pega for guidance or a recommendation they architects can provide to their end users.
