Run time Issue

I am unable to see the fields when I'm running the case.

I have the same problem. I am able to see the fields if i change view to the phone preview view. When I change back to large screen preview I see the UI scale up with the fields still visible, but shortly after a gray empty box appear. My guess is that the fields still are there, only behind the gray box. 

The problem occurs both on a pc running Windows 7 using Chrome Version 75 or IE 11 and on a mac using Chrome.
