Rule count shows 0 for each rsv under RuleSet v6.3SP1

Hi,

Our application is on Pega 6.3SP1. We are having one issue for a long time.

As it is not a show stopper we could not abe to spend much time to investigate on this.

We have noticed the rule count(All Rules/Checkout) is not displaying on each rule set version under the RuleSet.

Can any one please advise to resolve this issue?

I could see in PDN saying that the hotfix:HFix-9951 resolve this issue, but not sure i am pointing to the correct resolution.

Hi Veera,

HFix-9951 is for Pega version 6.2 SP1. We have a equivalent hotfix(HFix-9616) for Pega 6.3 sp1

You can raise support request to get the hotfix.

Have raised SR-B67146 for the Hot Fix. Also got the jar file for the relevant issue. Will import it in our dev environment and test.
