Application Definition tab shows rule set validation warning at for DIV layer ruleset
HI All,
We are building multiple application under single division and thus we have the division ruleset as a common ruleset in all the application.
Since we are doing a single server to hold our application we are getting vaildation Warning on the application definition tab asking to refactor the following ruleset in to a built on application.
By Default the org and Div rule set created by the application have application level validation, once I change the Div layer ruleset to have ruleset validation I do not get the warning.
I want to understand what is the best to keep at the ORG and DIV ruleset validation level.
Since these ruleset will be used throughout many application we build.

I'm not sure if I follow. You have rules that you want to share across the organization in one ruleset and you have division level rulesets as well to refine the behavior of the org rules you made. In which application do the division rulesets reside? The org app, or the custom apps on top? You probably don't want the rulesets to be in multiple applications at the same time because if you have AppA and AppB built on top of org, both with DivRS:01-01 in them, if someone changes App A to be built on top of AppB, the rulset DivSR would be in the ruleset stack twice. Assuming that's your scenario, you'd be better to move DivRS into AppDiv, built on org, with AppA and AppB separately built on AppDiv.
If I'm completely misunderstanding what you are describing (and I'm 100% I got things right) then please add a couple of screen shots so that we can see how all the pieces relate and what the error you're getting is.
