Revision Manager with NBA designer
Hi,
Earlier we used to deligate proposition filter rule to Business user for creating Eligibiliy/Validity rule via revision management.
With the release of NBA designer now rules should be created via the NBA designer portal->Engagement policy tab. and with that a Triggering strategy will be generated automatically.
Now my question is
1. Should we deligate NBA designer to BAU team via revision manager to modify Business rule?
2. If yes, can we restrict only engagement policy to be deligated via revision manager and not the entire NBA designer?

Hey Victor,
You need to get familiar with the NBA - rules if using NBA Designer
NBA Designer rules are prefixed with NBA - sensible to add them al to overlay if intended for business change as required
- Hierarchy - enables changes to the Business Structure
- Definition- enables the group nodes - e.g. SALES > SALES CREDIT CARDS(engagement policies)
- Constraints - enables tab in NBAD
- Channels - enables tab in NBAD
In terms of whether NBA Designer is BAU change, then yes it is. Likely less frequent change than creating actions and treatments but still something that could be done in BAU.
