Retrieved text encoding is wrong in Pega RPA for SAP Client

I am tryging to get some text data from SAP GUI client with Pega RPA  studio 19.1. The version of the GUI client is 7.5. I found the Chinese text we retrieved from the GUI treeview is not encoded correctly. I tried to convert it to UTF-8 or GBK and it doesn't work. What is the encoding of this component?
