Required Autocomplete UI issue
Hello everyone,
I'm fairly new to PEGA and I was hoping to find someone who could help me.
I got assigned an issue where a required autocomplete field in our Software is not behaving as intended when left blank. As you can see in the screenshot the form has several fields and those which are required turn red when left blank. The autocomplete field turns into a mess of blue triangles instead of turning red.
I hope this makes sense and thanks in advance for any tips.

Hi,
yes thanks I have seen these settings, tho I can't find where I can change the look and feel of required fields (those with an orange asteriks). Do I have to specify how I want the background with a CSS attribute and value?

Hello ,
Can you check the behavior of OOTB autocomplete by navigating to UI Gallery (Designer Studio -> User Interface -> Gallery ->UI Elements) and check for the autocomplete control .
Can you share the configuration details of autocomplete control and also check whether the control presentation tab added any control formats.Try removing the formats and check the behavior.

the the behavior of OOTB autocomplete seems to be working just fine, although I haven't found an autocomplete with an asterisk.
These are the configuration details of autocomplete control and the control presentation tab hasn't added any control formats.

Can you inspect the markup and help identify where this might be coming from? My guess is some non standard CSS class or image being used here.
