Requesting the PegaLogviewer and TracerViewer tools for log analysis
Hi Team,
I am requesting the pega team to please provide the sftp location for the Pega Log-Viewer and Tracer-Viewer tools which would help us in analyzing the pegarules, alerts and the tracer files respectively.

I'm able to access the following links without any issue - these sites are external so you should be able to access them:

You may want to check your Firewall settings if your browser trace shows errors when accessing these.
