Request is not available on the Alexa Request page

Hi All,

we have integrated alexa with pega and we were able to make a request through alexa able to receive the response and case is getting created in pega, but when we we try to view the data mapping on the pyWorkPage, the data is not mapped. When we checked the Alexa Request page it only has the information of intent name. no other details are available. Any ideas/thoughts on this.
