Reporting on Stage SLA without Stage Instantiation
Hi
We have a case type with multiple stages. SLA is setup at stage level. We need to create a report ,which can show the projected goal date of each stage for that process based on SLA setup. Current stage of the process is Stage 1.
Ex :
Case ID Stage 1 Stage 2 Stage 3
A-130. 01/01/2018. 01/03/2018 01/05/2018
A-131. 01/02/2018. 01/04/2018 01/06/2018
Is there a OOTB way to achieve this ? Please let us know if anyone had face similar situations.

When an SLA is associated with a stage, the SLA name and times will be present on the pxFlow(pzInternalStageFlow) page. This would only show the current stage though. It would not show the SLA times for other stages as they would not be created until you enter that stage. I think you would have to store the data in your own custom properties if you know what that data will be before entering the stage.
