Completed task within SLA Report

Is there any OOTB report available to track the completed tasks within/missed SLA; Is it a good idea to use history table fro this report?

  • # of tasks completed within SLA
  • # of tasks completed within Goal
  • # of tasks completed outside of SLA

Hi Sumit,

There is a 'Timeliness by task' report that contains this information.  The report definition rule is pyAgeByWorklistTask.

Completed tasks are only stored in History- table.

You will not find instances of them anywhere else once assignment is finished. You should be able to report on completed tasks from History table.
