Repair flow configuration

Hi All, need help in regards to case which is giving repair flow configuration error, assigned to Broken process , unable to do anything in action as well as it does not give any drop down menu.

 

Is there a way we can again assign it to operator?

What does it show as the reason for the broken process? The FixProblemAssignments activity might be an option if assignments are missing.
