Removal of OFF/CFF Framework in PRPC 6.2 version before Pega7.2.2 Upgrade
Hi,
We are planning to upgrade our application from PRPC 6.2 to 7.2.2. Would like to know whether it would be better to remove the framework or retain it. However we're not using the framework other than inheriting few CFF classes.
Please see the following queries:
In case of removal:
- After removal of OFF/CFF, Can we use PegaComm class structure in future or not
- Can we delete framework Rulesets before migration to 7.2.2 if decided to remove it
In case of retain:
- For retaining OFF/CFF Framework, Is there any straightforward approach for migration from Pega 6.2 to 7.2.2. I would see that there are many changes happened in the framework and renamed as well to Fulfillment Center for Communications.
- Does it require to upgrade OFF/CFF with latest Fulfillment Center for Communication framework or also Communications Industry Framework?
Any early response is much appreciated.
