Upgrade PRPC 7.2.2 to PRPC 7.3
Hi Support-Team,
Client is planning to upgrade PRPC 7.2.2 to PRPC 7.3. Also please suggest possibly if we can upgrade to 7.4 instead considering below current environment set-up
At this moment current environment is as below:
Database: Oracle 12c
App server: Redhat Tomcat
PRPC platform: PRPC 7.2.2
SmartDispute version: 7.2.1
Suggest us on guide book.
Any suggestions will help...

For pega 7.4 Oracle 12c is supported and you must have Java8 .
Not sure on SD version here .

You can upgrade to 7.4 as well with current set up.
Smart Dispute latest release is 7.2.1 so it will be working just fine with Pega 7.4 as well

So once you perform upgrade, you would be performing upgrade for Pega Rules and Pega Data, the framework related rule sets won't get affected, once you perform the framework upgrade, then the framework will have any changes. Right now smart dispute 7.2.1 is latest version, so there is no problem anyway, as you have latest version with you.
