Reloadharness OOTB activity doe not work as expected
Need to have Refresh harness OOTB Flow action but reloadharness activity doe not work.

ReloadHarness may not work because it runs on the server and doesn't refresh the screen by itself. It's not meant to be used directly with buttons or clicks. Instead, try using Refresh current harness

The ReloadHarness activity in Pega does not work as expected when used directly, especially if it is not called from a proper UI context like a button or link. It is not recommended to use it alone for refreshing the screen. Instead, use a flow action with the “Refresh current harness” checkbox enabled. You can configure a button or link to open a dummy local action (with no section), and set it to refresh the harness after it runs. This gives the same result in a more reliable and supported way. If you just want to refresh a part of the screen, use “Refresh this section” instead. Always use UI actions where possible instead of calling backend activities directly for UI updates
