FilePath control OnChange Event does not work as expected

We tried the Solution provided at https://collaborate.pega.com/question/filepath-control-onchange-event-does-not-work-expected but it is not working. The control is working fine in 6.1 but not in 7.2. Please suggest.

The file details were to be displayed in grid based on value set in the on change activity.. The issue is resolved now. A custom control referred in grid was the root cause for it. Thanks
