Related Case Types tab on Case Settings - what's it for?
In the Settings tab on a Case Type, there is a Related Case Types sub-tab. There's no documentation I can find that describes the purpose of this or what feature is enabled by relating case types here. So the question is what is this purpose, what does it do, and if documentation exists, where is it?

@ArulDevan Is there a recommended way to dynamically load the related case list? For example, if a customer applies for multiple loans, can I show all the cases of a customer in the related cases section based on some criteria? lets assume all these loan cases have a common customerID prop.

Hi @GaneshKumarC16656090: Are you willing to utilize related cases section for your use case? Related content utility is in a way that users can select the related cases based on the case type definition. Technically the data is stored as instances of "Link-Association-RelatedWork" to show in UI and you can add instances here. Alternatively, you can have a simple data view based on your logic.
