Regarding creating a support request
I tried to follow the instruction given on "Introduction to My Support Portal: Opening a Support Request"(https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/introduction-my-support-portal-opening-support-request), but when click on "My Support Portal", it says that I'm not linked to an account while I am logged in pdn.pega.com through my company account. How do I link my pdn account in my support portal so I can create a support requets?
