Refer to Data Page property in Action - Set Value
On a input field in a section, under actions , Set Value, I want to set a property to the value return by a parametizered data page. I wish to set .Cost = D_Asset[.AssetName].Cost but it does not like the data page reference. Am I making an error or is there a correct way to do this with Set Value without a data transform.?

Hi,
You can try the below approach:
1) Create a property of type Single page(TestProp) and in data access, refer to the data page D_Asset.
2) In the Action tab, where you set the value, we can use the reference of this newly created property eg: Set .cost = TestProp.Cost.

When I create the page property, and select refer to data page it requires the parameter in order to save the property. I put .Asset.AssetName as the parameter. But it is being populated by the dropdown. The embedded section is in the Data-Asset class so I refer to the TestPage with Top,TestProp.Cost - which is defined on Pages & Classes as being the work class.
