Red triangle for Validation appears like changing position while scrolling
This app has recently been upgraded to 7.4 from 6.3. We have validation rule in flow action.Whenever there is a validation error in a field a red triangle appears beside the field as well as beside the tab header. Now the red triangle which gets displayed beside the tab header is fixed in one position when we are scrolling the screen. So it appears like the red triangle is moving up and down. Screenshot attached for better understanding. Is it an expected behavior or an issue with the code?
Please note that I have tried with property-set-message and the behavior is same in there. Its happening in both chrome and IE.
