Recall a Dispute Response
Visa Debit & Credit - Acquirers have the ability to Recall a Dispute Response. Is Pega SD 7.2.1 for Issuer able to handle this functionality?

Yes this functionality is available in SD. When acquirer recalls the dispute response, on the issuer side the case is moved back to pending acquirer response. When dispute response is received from acquirer, suspense entry (accounting) is posted on issuer application. So when acquirer recalls we are closing the suspense i.e a reversal of the accounting is posted. This is the behavior in SD 7.2.1.

As per below article it looks like yes
the process that the Issuer and the Acquirer follows to resolve these disputes requires changes, which are included in Pega Smart Dispute 7.21 for Issuers and Acquirers.

yes there is a process to recall Issuer dispute as well. if you check visa APIs there is an option. from pega case we need to call that api & pass visa case id.
