Business is looking to have outlook feature like (1) Phishing detection (2) Recall Email 

(1) Phishing detection - I am aware Pega 24.x is having feature to detect the spam email and can be moved to Spam workqeue with the help of third party spam detection tool. But can we implement detecting Phising email coming from outside in the mailbox so that Pega should not create service case even if keywords get detected and move to Spam workqueue in Pega 23.1.3 - constellation?

2) Recall Email - If we send outbound email from Pega to someone then is it possible to have recalling feature like outlook in Pega?
