I'm not sure if it is capable today however with enhancements we are making in Pega 7 to text analytics you'll be able to recognize languages.

By when are these enhancements expected to be available?

Will it be available in form of any hotfix or patches?

We have a plan in ML10 to include text analytics, including language detection for 20+ languages.  ML10 doesnt have a release date yet.
