Quick question on using of circumstancing a section rule in mobile offline

Hi,

We have a requirement like when we select the language:English/Spanish(property), we need to use the corresponding HTML section rule in mobile online/offline. Can we achieve this with the help of circumstancing of section rule based on the value stored in the language selected property? Pls let me know.

Circumstancing might be overkill for this scenario. Have you considered just using localization? This way when your operator locale changes, the relevant localized versions should be loaded.
