Questions on pzpostdata

We are conducting a performance testing for one of our PEGA application, once we logged on to the application end of the URL its displays ‘pzPostData=’ (after = sing there is a numeric value which is dynamically changing),

ex: (URL) !STANDARD?pzPostData=2016375529

at the moment we are unable to identify this session and value via our Jmeter script, please help for the following questions.

  1. What is ‘pzpostdata’?
  2. Is it generate by server or client side?
  3. is it from PEGA engine side?
