pyProcessSLA Queue Processor disabled
Upgraded application from Pega 7.2.1 to Pega 8.4 a month ago. In the Admin Studio, the pyProcessSLA queue processor's State is Disabled. When I open the queue processor rule, it is disabled. So is it indeed disabled out of the box, or it is controlled by another settings somewhere else?

It is disabled out of the box in 8.4. You should still have the ServiceLevelEvents agent running to perform the SLA processing.
